Stafford completed a comprehensive study of major improvements and capital investments in all NBA arenas for the Charlotte Hornets to assist the franchise in their request for funding of a major renovation of Spectrum Center by the City of Charlotte. Staffords’s study identified major renovations and capital improvements made over a ten-year period in NBC facilities.
