Stafford Sports managed the RFP process for the concessions and catering operation at Angel of the Winds Arena. Stafford developed business terms for the RFP, managed the pre-bid conferences and provided the District with guidance during the proposal evaluation process. Stafford developed business terms for the final agreement and assisted in the negotiation of long-term agreement.
