Stafford Sports served as Strategic Advisor to Cleveland State University regarding the development of revenue generation opportunities, including the creation and evaluation of athletics marketing, management and sponsorship programs. Stafford assisted the University in the creation of Request for Proposals (RFP) for facility management and food & beverage operations for the on-campus, 13,000-seat Wolstein Center. Stafford also created an RFP for the development and implementation of a new sponsorship model that included all campus-wide marketing and media rights. Stafford assisted the University in the selection of third-party vendors and contract implementation.
