Stafford Sports served as Strategic Advisor to Cleveland State University regarding the development of revenue generation opportunities, including the creation and evaluation of sports marketing, management and sponsorship programs. Stafford assisted the University in the creation of facility management and food & beverage RFP’s for the on-campus 13,000 seat Wolstein Center. Stafford also created an RFP for the development and implementation of a new sponsorship model that included campus-wide marketing and media rights.
